Abstract

A bútorgyártás globálisan egy növekvő kereslettel bíró ágazat. Az elmúlt évtizedben jelentősen átrajzolódtak a gyártói, vásárlói pozíciók. Azok az országok tudtak sikeresen megerősödni, ahol képesek voltak az értékteremtésben előbbre lépni. A magyar bútorgyártás az elmúlt évtized egyértelmű vesztesei közé tartozik. Mivel nem sikerült még megtalálni a megfelelő piaci stratégiát az illeszkedő szegmenssel, a növekvő költségek melletti árversenyben a bútorgyártás profitabilitása jelentős csökkenést szenvedett el. Meghatározó mértékben hozzájárult ehhez, hogy a hazai piacméretcsökkenést export teljesítmény nem tudta kompenzálni. Így viszont nem maradt erőforrás arra, hogy a hozzáadott értékben előbbre sikerüljön lépni. Az elemzés célja ennek a folyamatnak az érzékeltetése, és tényekkel, számításokkal történő alátámasztása. = The furniture manufacturing is facing growing demand, globally. In the recent decade the position of producer and consumer profile have significantly been reshaped. Those countries could benefit from the changes, which could progress in the value creation. The Hungarian furniture SME manufacturing unfortunately belongs to the losers. Since the proper niche segment was not identified, profitability largely diminished. Significant contributor to the losses was partly the decrease of the Hungarian market size, which could not be compensated by the export volume improvement. It resulted in unsatisfactory resources necessary for progressing in the value-added. The objective of this paper is to provide evidence for this phenomena, by calculations and factual evidence.
